Westchester Commons is blessed with a phenomenally gifted team of people who care deeply about our subdivision. They give a ton of their time voluntarily to make things happen around our subdivision. Board members receive NO compensation at all. Nor do board members receive a discount in their annual dues. They must adhere to the same rules and regulations regarding their property as all other WCSTA members.
Board members serve a one-year term with the opportunity to run for re-election. WCSTA members vote on the new board during the Annual Meeting, which is held every October.
