Westchester Commons Welcomes You!
Located in North Gwinnett County, Westchester Commons has 352 homes and is a members only community with a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a playground. Our neighborhood is conveniently located near the Mall of Georgia, Discover Mills & the Gwinnett Arena. We are situated less than two miles from Suwanee Town Center and just minutes away from downtown Lawrenceville. Additionally, we are a quick drive to the Gwinnett Braves Stadium-- the AAA farm team of the Atlanta Braves. Westchester Commons is located in a fantastic schoold district. Our youth attend Rock Springs Elementary School and Creekland Middle School. Our high school students attend Collins Hill High School, a Suwanee, GA school that has received the honor of being named a "Georgia School of Excellence".
Our subdivision also has a very active HOA where we plan regular social gatherings including a Fall Festival, Christmas Caroling, Easter Egg hunts, Ice Cream Socials, Pool Parties, and more. In addition, our subdivision is professionally managed by the Association Management Advisory Group, Inc. (AMAG, Inc.)

BANNER DEADLINE FOR GRADUATES
Do you have a youth or young adult that will be graduating from high school or college in 2012? We want to honor them by adding his/her name to the Westchester Commons 2012 graduation banner, The banner will be displayed at the main entrance into the subdivision (Aaron Road).
To submit a name, please email marybeth@westchestercommons.net no later than FRIDAY, APRIL 27, 2012. Any emails received after that date will not be guaranteed a placement on the banner.
When sending an email please be sure to include:
1) Your name as the parent or guardian
2) Name of the youth/young adult
3) Your address in Westchester Commons

Pool Opens on May 12 for the 2012 Season!
The Westchester Commons pool will open at Noon on Saturday, May 12, 2012. Only WCSTA Recreational Level members can enjoy the amenities of the pool and tennis courts. If you are not a member and would like to learn how to become a member then please contact donna@westchestercommons.net .
Also, please remember to review the pool rules and tennis court rules (via this website) before you start enjoying your Spring and Summer activites in the subdivision.
A Couple Of Reminders That We Take Very Seriously:
If you live in Westchester Commons and you are not a WCSTA Recreational Level member then you CANNOT enter the tennis courts or pool area. By doing so you will risk having the lifeguard or a WCSTA member call the authorities (police) and possibly have you arrested for trespassing.
If you are a WCSTA Recreational Level member and you are not current on your dues then you cannot enter the tennis courts or pool area until your account is paid in full. Each and every WCSTA member MUST use his/her keyfob to gain entrance into the pool and/or tennis courts. Gaining entrance by other means could result in your membership priviledges being suspended for the entire pool season!
At NO time is a WCSTA member allowed to open the pool gates or tennis court gates for ANYONE unless they are a member of your family or they are visiting with you as a guest (not living in Westchester Commons).
