Wanting to make a change to the exterior paint color of your home, add a fence, a screened in porch, or make some sort of other upgrade? 

All changes to your home have to be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).  Upload, print, and complete this architectural request form and send it to the Management Company. 

Turnaround time on a request is generally 3-4 weeks, as the board meets monthly.  If you wish to expedite this request, please send a $25.00 check to AMAG with your request. Note that requesting rush processing does not reduce the amount of time the ACC is allowed to review your request (as outlined in the covenants).

It is always helpful (and time-saving on your part) to include any paint swatches or material samples along with your architectural request.  This enables the ACC to approve your change more quickly.

IMPORTANT: If you do not get approval for your change, and it is not in compliance with the ACC, you run the risk of being asked to having your changes removed, and losing any costs you may have invested in your home to change it.
